Why customers reviews are so important !

Over the past few weeks we have been reaching out to our customers and asking them to write reviews for us on our social media platforms and on google so I wanted to take some time to explain why its so important to businesses like us and hopefully reach out to old and new customers so that maybe we can achieve our goal of growing our business.


Reviews not only have the power to influence consumer decisions but can strengthen a company’s credibility. Reviews have the power to gain customer trust, and they encourage people to interact with the company. Customer interaction ultimately leads to improved profits for businesses.


Some interesting statistics for you;

  • Businesses with more than 82 total reviews earn 54% more in annual revenue than average.

  • Studies show that a customer is more likely to leave a review after a negative experience than a positive one. Negative reviews can have a dramatic, and sometimes detrimental effect on a business.

  • 66% of Americans trust an anonymous, online review more than they trust a recommendation from an ex-boyfriend or ex-girlfriend

  • Buyers require an average 40 online reviews before believing a business’s star rating is accurate (up from 34 in 2017)

  • 85% of consumers think that online reviews older than 3 months aren’t relevant.

So if your a consumer then please remember to take the time out to do reviews where its available.
